We try and ship out all orders within 3-4 business days after they are received. However, during our busy season which generally runs from August to October, that time may be longer. If you have a deadline that you must have your order by, please let us know so we can try and accommodate your request.
We ship all domestic orders via UPS and we ship all international orders directly through USPS or through Bongo International. UPS Ground is the standard method of shipment, though faster shipping is available.
We will accept returns within 15 days of order delivery date if the product is in unused condition. Any defective products will be replaced or may be returned for a full refund.
