Stoves:
Cylinder Stoves are Guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own it and use your Cylinder Stove for the purpose it was intended. If for any reason you are not happy with your Cylinder Stove, let us know and we will make it right. We will repair or replace (at our option) any defective part provided it is returned freight prepaid and prior phone approval has been given.
Note: Cylinder Stoves are built to withstand seasonal use. They are not made to withstand continual use. Daily use of your stove for longer than one month per year will result in a void of the Cylinder Stoves guarantee.
Tents and Frames:
Our wall tents and frames are carry a one year warranty against defects on our behalf.
Note: Leaving your wall tent up for more two months in damp or moist conditions will result in a deteriation of your canvas. If you plan on setting up your wall tent for a prolonged amount of time, make sure that your tent is allowed to dry out. |
